Karuizawa 72 Golf
Karuizawa 72 Golf is one of Japan’s largest golf resorts and one of Karuizawa’s most celebrated golf destinations. Its East, West, South, and North golf areas offer six distinctive courses with a total of 108 holes, allowing golfers of all abilities to choose a course suited to their experience and preferences.
The North Course is a prestigious 18-hole championship course known for hosting a professional women’s tournament. The East Course features challenging, strategic layouts, while the West Course is distinguished by its wide, open fairways. The South Course offers an efficient 18-hole through-play format, ideal for guests who wish to make the most of their time in Karuizawa.
All courses are equipped with golf carts featuring GPS navigation. Depending on the course, guests can choose from caddie-assisted play, self-play, and golf-cart access to designated fairway areas.

Conveniently located near Karuizawa Station and Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, Seizan Golf Course is an accessible 18-hole, par-70 resort course.
Its wide, flat fairways are beautifully divided by rows of Japanese larch trees, creating an open and relaxing setting for golf. The course primarily offers self-play with GPS-equipped golf carts and features generously spaced tee times. It is well suited to beginners, seniors, women, and families.
Rental clubs and shoes are also available with advance reservations, making Seizan Golf Course an excellent choice for guests who would like to enjoy a casual round during their stay in Karuizawa.
